For Removing Edible Portion of Fruit Remaining On the Peels After Coring & Sizing. the Pineapple Peels are Fed Manually (with Fruit Side Up)in the Feed Tray, and are Picked Up By a Spiked Rotating Drum. a Gang of Stainless Steel Knives Gives the Peels a Deep Cut,& Guides Them to the V-shaped Stripping Knives Which Can Be Adjusted to the Required Cutting Depth. the Top V-shaped Stripping Knife Separates the Superficial Meat (fruit Chunks & Pieces Which Can Be Used as Crushed Pineapple), While the Bottom V-shaped Knife Strips the Remaining Fruit (used for Making Juice) After Stripping, the Peels Pass Over a Grating Which Dislodges Them from the Spikes, & Fall Through the Opening Provided Below.
